I recently sent my laptop to the manufacturer for repairs. i ran a dxdiag.exe after i received my computer and compared it the one i previously had. before i sent the computer in, the card name and chip set listed were graphics media accelerator hd, but after it was returned it was listed as: hd graphics. the repair form said that my bios was updated, would this change the card and chip set name? most importantly, was there a physical change in the card and if there was a change, is it a decrease or an increase?... |

So i have been having some trouble with an online game, and i contacted the tech team using email, they responded asking for dxdiag.exe info in an attachement to assist conclude the issue. i am wondering if that is safe, as i dont trust strangers easily. advice is appreciated.... |

Hey, everybody! im really stressed here because ive ever tried several things to solve this problem and i cant. ive got a windows 7 with a directx 11 and im attempting to playing a game on my laptop, but it doesnt work very well because directdraw, direct3d and agp accelaration texture are unable. it seems to be easy, because i could go to dxdiag.exe, view and then hit on enable to make things work good. however, not one of them has this option and ive tried a lot of things to solve it. my game just needs direct3d to run it very well and id appreciate if you could help me, friends. please help me! as i said, ive got a windows 7 with a directx 11. thanks in advance! ... |
