Can anybody help me with this? when i click start, then search, the egg-timer appears but nothing else happens. eventually i press ctrl+alt+del and the task manager tells me the cpu is going flat out! the process that is busy is either explorer.exe or helpsvc.exe and shows the cpu at between 70 and 100%. anyone any ideas?.
